Double row sprocket, professional mechanical engineering, refers to the sprocket with double row wheel teeth. 

The double row sprocket, a wheel with embedded chained teeth to mesh with the chain ring or accurate block on the cable, is a solid or spoke gear that engages with the (roller) chain to deliver movement. 

Attention to sprocket processing In the process of processing, the size, structure, heat treatment requirements, final tooth finishing method and product batch. 

For the chain sprocket with large medium holes, the teeth should be processed on the gear machine; integrate the shaft, cut the rod, cut the shaft, and then process the teeth on the gear machine; large sprockets, cast or thick steel plate by flame cutting, can also be welded into the sprocket blank, and then process the teeth. 

Although the sprocket processing process is not identical, the basic steps are similar, including three main processes: blank forming, tooth formation and heat treatment.
